Except the buyers don’t owe anybody anything. They made an offer of $4.34M for the assets, and that’s what they paid. And, as clearly and directly stated by the buyer, the monitor, and the judges, that’s all they paid.
Tell me again why the monitor and the judges would participate in keeping this super secret mega million dollar side deal from public view. Give a reason why they’d do that.
