I don’t think people understand this it’s not like this was planned over night oh we’ll throw u $4.3M and then maybe $1 later for the rest of i feel like it. It’s not that difficult.

For example relating to this situation of Bioamber and KKR/LCY if I owed someone $10, i would agree to pay them $3 today and when i got the rest of the money ready i would pay them the other $7 later equally the $10 that WAS ALREADY AGREED UPON, almost like upfront money or a down payment and then the full price,

It says in the LIO transactions with an s, let me know when the other transaction has already occurred, or was it a lie on there letter of intent, INVESTMENT in BioAmber, furthermore was it a lie that it was an investment or not just a purchase of assets...

Yeah yeah words don’t have definitions and meaning
