Bolio - If Raf can't help you you should consider taking 2 grams of vascepa/day if $100/mth is doable.. Not ideal or per RI but will still give you significant benefit while you wait for insurance coverage in 2020. Remember Jelis used 1.8 gms.

Don't forget Vit D3 too - just as important as COQ10 - my brother's cardio told him to start taking D3 when his levels got really low after he upped his statin dose.
