Your math is still not right on the 15.5% :)

794 - ( 794 * 0.155 ) = 794 - 123 = 671

671 * 0.47 = 315 living

671 - 315 = 356 deceased

plenty of margin yet

The data can compress all the way to equivalent
# of events in each group and still yield a
success based on time of events in each group.
