So Merck will partner with nwbo because they want keytruda/dcvax-L combo. Then will also fund the trials for direct, so instead of an nwbo buyout upfront they first want Dr Duffy to scope and diagnose it all out and then once all are in order they’ll execute the negotiated LP’s buyout price, which will be the maximum value of nwbo $50+
