When did I ever say that? I just don't think it's ALWAYS the problem when a crappy company does poorly. EVERY board I've ever been on that has a decent following, sooner or later has the 'short' conspiracy or Byrne's 'naked short' cry, as the reason behind the stock's dismal performance....rather than the company itself, especially the ceo.

Part of the real problem is that downright fraud ala Honig, generally goes with a slap on the wrist if at all. No one has ever been brought to justice, let alone charged for the 2008 fiasco.

WS has a problem with IBs. Also the problem is with the exchanges that have loose listing requirements that enable companies to bilk investors to stay listed and keep their company’s lights on. It’s horrible that they just allow reverse split after reverse split with dilution and allowed to be listed, a company should only get one. IBs exploit the failed design
