EVERY board I've ever been on that has a decent following, sooner or later has the 'short' conspiracy or Byrne's 'naked short' cry, as the reason behind the stock's dismal performance....rather than the company itself, especially the ceo. Part of the real problem is that downright fraud ala Honig, generally goes with a slap on the wrist if at all. No one has ever been brought to justice, let alone charged for the 2008 fiasco.
