Robert Brantl has done work in the past with Chinese companies

A week before Robert Brantl sent in the request to change the name on the Utah SOS to "HYB Holding Corp", a "HYB Holdings Inc" was registered with the Delaware SOS. Back in March 2018, a domain was registered for "hybholdings.com", and it is owned by Tesfaye's parking company (U Street Parking). The "HYB" part of the company name would represent the first initials of the three Tesfaye brothers who are all partners in the various parking/property/construction businesses that the Tesfaye family owns.

Also, it is kind of interesting to note that around the 1:35 minute mark of this video Henok Tesfaye mentions that one of his goals is to have his company publicly-traded......
