Sure , but unless he ran a parallel trial , how does he know that drug works when trial failed . He can only assume it , it is not a proven fact then .

Technically they aren't necessarily mutually exclusive, BUT, one is completely full of it if one spends 24/7 every day for 5 years talking about any minor thing that puts DCvaX and NWBO's management in a negative light while avoiding and trivializing everything that could even remotely be seen as positive and claim they never said DCVAX didn't work. One thing is clear, based on his posts, he damn sure doesn't think DCVax succeeded or will succeed in meeting its p3 endpoints. He doesn't thing DCVax-L will get FDA approval and he doesn't think DCVAX-L is an effective treatment. So, I say unapologetically that he damn sure doesn't think DCVAX works-- whether he stated the exact words or not.
