Zen is actually correct on his strategy, usually when there is a low of RSI around 30 there is an uptick in PPS. Now the only reason that uptick does happen is volume increases on average of 2.5 - 5 million traded per day on that swing. Now if your only selling a few hundred thousand is should be simple to unload those shares. But I am sure you have millions of shares so that volume may not work for you to unload...
