WHEN??? what year?

As has been stated before this problem has been addressed by MYDX as a GENERAL problem not an individual device issue in the only email response we have received to date.

SO... if I read that correctly... the device doesn't work...

so I ask, what year was this because I would like to know HOW LONG they have known the MYDX device didn't work... and why did they keep selling it.
