Since OTC stocks are generally both comprised of retail investors and subject to more volatility, it offers a profitable environment for quantitative trading, and creates additional barriers for any price appreciation.

As long as NWBO remains an OTC stock it will be very challenging to move the share price. The story of the NWBO share price is the story of being traded as an OTC, and not the story of shorting.

Since I made my points about the shorting coming out of Asia, particularly HK, I note that people seem a bit anxious to attack on any point.
