He, He, He...if this were actually the case, the business of bankruptcy in Delaware would be a laughing stock and would have ended long ago!

Every aspect of the LAW, bankruptcy, civil, criminal etc, is based upon certain core principles, so any theory where an action is legally and permanently applied and then later reversed is azinine at best. The action of cancelling the stock documents is not going to be reversed and neither is AP going to be reinstated. If there turns out to be cash, great, but if nothings there it's all been a pointless exercise.
