It was official In the eyes of the sec the day the 8k hit announcing and detailing the transaction that took place for the shell between Saean and Dunn. The NVSOS is the first entity to reflect the change of ownership. The name and ticker change are just more popular outward items that traders associate with more easily. Bottom line is...EMPM is SAEAN. The clerical side of things is being worked on...and if you have dealt with FINRA on any level over the last year you would know that they are sticklers now more than ever and it takes longer than it used to for RMs. But....EMPM is one of the cleanest shells there were. Zero issues with it and I suspect this one gets done faster than the average.
