Also, who will make sure the remote bankruptcy asset will return to escrow markers after Chapter 11 exit? When all parties have left the room and turned the lights off? Is there a trustee left in charge to make sure assets return to escrow markers? And how will the court justify keeping that trustee employed after Chapter 11 exit if no remote bankruptcy assets have been disclosed by then?
