I actually think the insiders will be participating in the balance of offering. Thats why they need to set up different accounts as Rory stated in the QA session. Think about it, why would they purchase stock in the open market when they can buy in the offering and get a warrant and show the street that they are all backing the deal ( management and board)

I think its good planning..
