No, there is no connection between Lans Holdings and Momentous Entertainment.

The SEC often bundles two or more stocks in one Suspension Order and one concomitant Administrative Proceeding.

The SEC has suspended at least 100 tickers just like LAHO since late July for delinquent filings. LAHO is just one of them in that pile thats all. There is nothing special or suspicious about the timing of the suspensions.
All investors in public trading of tickers like LAHO have had plenty of warning from a whole host sources that an SEC suspension was possible and probably inevitable.
LAHO reported their delinquency themselves to the SEC back in March of 2018 with that last NT-10K. NO MYSTERY WHY LAHO GOT SUSPENDED.

To be sure the company LAHO knew this as well.
