This is/was a more perfect example to be very cautious in the future with same type of scenario that may come about through another ticker. Even though you can make good coin on stop sign plays and or mergers best stick with reporting companies even though themselves are not always a given with sp appreciation . But at least you have transparency. Nothing to hide.
