It's done here. I was in this, but when a company touts having an RM coming up and can't even get filings out to ensure everyone knows things are now on the up-and-up, that alone speaks volumes.

Not my first rodeo with these kinds of plays...and as a result, had to trade it and sit at the side to see whether they would in fact put the anticipated filings out there.

At the end of the day, my decision not to get greedy here saved me from getting stuck in this POS. The reality is though, that i got out when i did by shear luck and a wee bit of skepticism as we got closer to the anticipated filing deadline.
