Pending both commentary these are elaborate investigative documented meetings that finally get up the corporate ladder for R&D head Perlmutter to go thru the Pro’s/Con’s vis a vis their corporate strategy: armies of highly skilled professionals from various key depts chime in re Merger/Acquisitions done in secrecy.

Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania

A routemap search from the Merck location in Upper Gwynedd to the greater Philadelphia expo centre [used just for example purposes] shows just a 27 minute drive [12.9 miles] so in terms of locality it is certainly not beyond the realms of possibility that it could well have indeed been Michael Nally. just IMO, which would be interesting.

Even if it was a leader from BP, I’m sure she knows all of them. However, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything more since I’m sure they have been doing management updates for years. It would be nice if that was the case though!
