News behind the scenes?! LMAO. SCAMydx can’t maintain a corporate structure to support SEC compliance!

I’ve been 100% accurate in my predictions of:
-EB & doorMatt providing no value to investors
-Dilution ramping up over summer
-No Pen releasing in 2018 and 2019
-No SlimPen releasing
-Yazbeck taking his payoff and leaving investors out in the cold
-The dismissed lawsuit providing no value, just SCAMouflage
-No clinical trials of SCAMydx formulations are underway

Time will prove these accurate also:
-Dilution will ramp up in the next 2 weeks through Nov
-Pen will continue to not exist
-RS or BK will occur before 7/31/2020
-Yazbeck will not resume any role as an executive unless the Dr. Jess case is fully settled, but more likely he will never again be an executive

I doubt it's going to go that high... Too many shares out. Unless the medical element of the pen is further along than we think. I'm looking at the mid .002s as temporary exit with what they have in motion. More if the medical piece is truly amazing. All depends on what is revealed.
