I hear this comment a lot about suspensions. How does it help investors in the stock by suspending?
It doesn’t...and isn’t meant to. They are protecting FUTURE investors. The ones already in the stock have made their bet. There is nothing the SEC can do to protect them.
The SEC doesn't care about the investors. They are looking for their pound of flesh and trying to make more money in fees or something along the way.
No idea why LAHO was picked to be suspended out of 1000s of OTC stocks that are behind in their filings. Maybe it was because LAHO has a lot of eyes on it and other companies will see it and know the SEC is in control. Who knows.
Fact is LAHO was at fault and should have filed. Its their fault no if ands or butts.
The only thing I know is we have to wait out the 10 day suspension, After that who knows.
I have money tied up in this and would love to see a positive outcome but outlook is not good.
