You are mistaken my friend. There are not thousands of OTC tickers that are delinquent SEC filers. Most OTC pinks are in fact not SEC registered filers at all. IF LAHO had of been just a bit smarter they would have deregistered from the SEC and become an alternative reporter only to the OTC. TO LATE NOW!
