Since there won't be a sweep end of this month, we currently have $11 billion in capital. Plus the roughly $160 billion overpayment. I agree with you, the government should pay us interest (10%?) for the overpayment. That puts our capital at over $100 per share.

What about all those fines they collected from the big banks?
They did it on our behalf...it was a huge number.
