The remedy I read in a Sweeney order has UST writing checks to common share holders directly in order to prevent the award from being taxed by the defendant the judgement is against and she said it was doable if FHFA was found to be in violation of HERA by the En Banc panel. Someone must have the link to that order... I lost it dammut!
