I understand your position and, true, the pro formas would give an accurate assessment of the situation. However, CareClix still allowed itself to be listed in public filings, the agreement, etc. If those filings don't accurately reflect the agreement between the parties, I do think CareClix takes a credibility hit by associating with SOLI.

Will find out what's what, but I still can't see CareClix damaging its reputation with a fly by night operation.

Its no wonder there isnt a market maker willing to File a Form 211 on behalf of SOLI.
