1) Madeline Cammarata sells jeans. That's all she's ever done.

2) Vinnie Cammarata was the president of Green Stream Finance when it was a private company. When it went public, he relinquished that title to his wife, who sells jeans. Why didn't Vinnie continue to be president of the public company? Why would he not seek someone who had experience in running a public company, as opposed to his wife who sells jeans.

3) Vinnie and Ray Anam were "friends" on social media before this business venture was even hatched.

4) Ray Anam refers to himself as "The Gangster of Wall Street." Gee, that's nice. It's no wonder he and Ken Williams took a liking to each other.

5) Considering my points #1 through #4, why would Vinnie, (not Madeline), choose to get in bed with Ken Williams and EGOH >> one of the dirtiest shells in the OTC?
