I believe that statement is inaccurate. I once had a high powered MBA from Stanford tell me that; I either had to increase my revenue or lower my expenses to improve my profits. And he went to seven years of advanced education to deliver that message.

So here's where I think we are on that ground. Centerline has been grinding out the no/lo margin accounts and replacing them with more profitable accounts. This has impacted the Revenue to the negative but helped their margin greatly. I think Joe will be working with each of the project leaders so that they can see their contribution to the corporation. When we have an opportunity to view the 10Q we will know if any of this has started to set in.

The cost of testing the Strat will go up quite a bit when they start the big time on the range. It will not be cheap.
