Has nothing to do with gray markets, in the grays, no broker/dealer will provide a quote, therefore no bid/ask and no MM's

Laho will have to release fins and then have an mm vouch for them which will take time. Only Ray of hope is if the RM goes through that mm that does vouch for him has exclusive access and all orders will go through them for the first month.

Not impossible just time consuming.
