You have to know ALL OF THE FACTS BEFORE JUDGING SOMEONE. One thing we know is Mark has a growing insurance business and there will always be suits in regard to a business both justifiable and unjustifiable.

I just had someone try to sue me for $40,000 because their son ran into my car in town. The boy was ok but they wanted to bilk it. The police report showed the boy admitting his fault of running into traffic while looking at his cell phone He ran into the side of the vehicle. Both the boys account and my account on the police report matched. My insurance carrier dismissed the claim and did not pay out.
