I don't know what you call a brake out ??? But I think I am going to lose a ton of money. ALPP has been borrowing money every month of 2018 at very high rates over 10%. They have lost money every year its been in business. The More I dig the worse it looks, as far as I can tell the only people making money is Kent and his crew. I would love to see it go up and stay around 0.04 but it will never happen. We are trading right now at 1000% above value PPS. IMO we are going down, UNLESS Kent can pull some magic out of his ass and fast. I know Murdoc keeps saying its a $40 mill company, he could be right because they OWE over $37 mill now
