Actually, Yazbeck has pocketed $1.38 Million Annually average.

Sal; Bonus; Stock; Option Awards; Other Comp.; All Comp
2014 $97,500;;; $40,000;; $137,500
2015 $112,765; $45,000;;; $157,765
2016 $180,000; $180,000;;; $5,691,993; $6,051,993
2017 $180,000; $180,000;;; $360,000
2018 $180,000;;;; $24,000; $204,000

Average Compensation Annual Compensation for Yazbeck $1,382,252

Straight from the 10-Ks. That's how a one guy cons investors out their funds and lives large.

Let's not forget, those #'s exclude health insurance, life insurance, auto allowances, etc...that all fall under general admin expenses. Which have been excessive for a company of 1 person for many years.

Remember the stock was at $2.99 back on 4/27/2015. Talk about destroying value, Yazbeck is king!

And this does not include all the interest payments and cash buybacks of stock for loans issued from YCIG (Yazbeck's non-public personal investment company). Most of those loans had 12% interest rates.

He hasn't taken out anywhere close to that...likely not even $100k. The unpaid salary has been rolled up into a liability on the balance sheet.
