I'm quite sure I could never go vegan but I don't hold it against people who do but don't complain about what I eat and I won't complain about what you eat.

I do find though that I need smaller portions of meat to keep me going.

Just as an FYI- not all of us are interested in doing that. And we remain healthy in spite of it.
