They might be either big investors or a financial institution related to the company.

Yes agree. We have had blocks at each level. And someone keeps milking shares below those blocks each time.
We need more buying volume. News updates soon should do that soon. These bits of DD are adding up to a huge move.
I am surprised this is still mostly under the radar. Name change will bring a wild time. But I really thought this would have a continuous climb till then. Being professionally controlled.
