Actually he does. He broke his neck years ago and started using it for pain management.
I've never used it. I used to be the guy who would kick a kid out of the military if they used MJ. Today after some study, The country should have regulated it like booze a long time ago instead of giving Nixon's goons a way to reduce the voter rolls in the democratic party. I guess i used to be one of those 'goons'. Sure do regret that part of my service. Many of the kids we kicked out were some of the best troops.
But I do get your point. When I was in Vietnam we lost three troops one day when they decided it would be fun to play 'hot potato' with a live grenade. They were standing 5 feet from each other when it went off. They were high on whatever God awful concoction the locals were selling as MJ. That grenade had a kill radius of around 15 feet.
