Keep in mind that they have until October 15th with an extension. All I care about at the moment is 2018 audit filing along with the three 2019 10-Q's. I can live with 2019 being delayed a few weeks if they cannot meet the October 15th deadline. And if indeed the PPS drops to $.02's, which I highly doubt it, it's time to load up the boat, IMO.
