Two things. Elimination of the convertible notes. That will trigger the move north.

Second, crossing over into profitability.
That will make the move north turn into a boom!

The reason is simple.

You just don’t find a $40M, profitable company with only 100M shares outstanding EVER on the OTC.

Once we hit $1. The big board boys will appear. Then the boom turns into a tsunami!!!!!
