Im taking those two or three excuses about why the SOLI 10Q is late and throwing them in the useless information round file which has a handle on it.

I'm not interested in excuses.

The federally required pro forma financials for the company post CareClix acquisition have been totally ignored. And they are months late.

The public is left in the dark regarding the required disclosures and spin doctor swagger does not impress me.
