They could have done that without the “Expert Market” label. They are simply allowing OTCLink to be used without publishing the quotations....so they don’t violate 15c-211.
It’s funny to see both the “Expert Market” label and the Caveat Emptor skull and crossbones at the same time. The contradiction kinda stands out lol.
