I don’t see that happening unless FINRA and/or the SEC step in....and it is still early so something could happen. But right now a whole bunch of penny “investors” think their pps stock has just left the grey market.

They could have done worse and named it something like 'Hidden Market'. That would have given fodder to the 'Naked Shorts From Mars' theories.
