People can call it whatever they want...doesn’t change the fact that the stock can only trade without published quotation (which is the defining feature of a “grey” stock)....and did you notice that the CE is still in place??
If this is suppose to be some “higher tier” market then why does OTC leave the skull and crossbones...?
Worth thinking about.
The one good thing about this is it does increase liquidity for stocks that have unsolicited order demand.
