Never said Steve was "paid" $4.7 Million, I stated clearly he has been given shares for compensation, however his compensation directly contributed to the majority of liabilities recorded, those are FACTS. STILL DONT SEE ANYTHING PROVIDED TO PROVE THAT WRONG.....LOL

Better yet just look at the increased money being handed over to management, over $4.7 Million dollars owed to Steve Saleen, just killing those results of operations. 

Dont see the word paid anywhere in that statement

There are FACTS it currently doesnt trade, a FACT, it is currently deliquent, which prevents it from trading, a FACT, there isn't a Form 211 also a FACT, needed to trade, the company is dark, also a FACT. It will never trade because of Those FACTS.
