GENERICS - Amarin settled with 3rd biggest. Now they're in court with 8th biggest. Even if Amarin wins or settles with them, others will try as well. My point is that Dr Reddy aren't the final straw, but at some point one has to conceive that they cannot defeat Amarin. My realization came immediately after the Teva settlement.

LABEL EXPANSION - It is virtually impossible for FDA not to grant label expansion after what has transpired in the last few weeks. The market can play games all day long but BP knows that the label will be expanded by Dec / Jan at the latest.

DISCOUNT - I don't know... if the PPS has any bearing whatsoever, they could get some discount. If I'm Amarin / BB, do I take 85% of what I would take in 4 months? I don't know.
