In a rational world, you are correct. Normal people don't let themselves get evicted. But the question remains as to why did the landlord take ARYC to court for eviction TWO TIMES??? And remember that the landlord won the 1st eviction case.

That is incorrect. If someone purchases a test, it could still be shipped out to the customer. ARYC probably knows that a % of people never send the test back for processing. So they don't have to worry about those. But for that % that does send the test back in, they would try to either (a) delay until they can get another CLIA lab, (b) have another CLIA lab do the work, or (c) never do anything and screw the customer.

Those test kits probably cost a few $ to make and they probably make over $100 on the sale of each one. So they are a gold mine.
