You say:

If someone purchases a test, it could still be shipped out to the customer. ARYC probably knows that a % of people never send the test back for processing. So they don't have to worry about those. But for that % that does send the test back in, they would try to either (a) delay until they can get another CLIA lab, (b) have another CLIA lab do the work, or (c) never do anything and screw the customer.


In the case of pinnertest it's possible the purchaser does not send the blood sample back. But with the allergy test, the blood sample is mostly collected in doctors' offices, and I'm sure they would send the blood card to Arrayit. I think most of Arrayit's processing volume is the allergy test.

Your option a) to delay until the have another CLIA lab would take years.
Your option b) to have another lab do the work will not work because to qualify as an LDT test, Arrayit has to process the tests. Only FDA approved tests can be processed by another lab.
