Gg-Amarin and Generics are arguing if you say this then I will say that AT TRIAL. There’s a lot for Amarin to say that has gone unspoken and this includes 30+ ANCHOR patents the FDA blocked from being OB’d.

Amarin needs to connect Marine to non obvious R-I results and there’s no trial...Amarin can do this by bridging ANCHOR.

Amarin can and will do this with their next filing, they do have to throw FDA under the bus...should be great timing for upcoming PDUFA date of 9-28.
