Better yet evidence is NT-10K filed on 1 July and here we are 60 days later and there are no filings. Simple fact is, an approved Form 211 was not aqcuired as FINRA was not going to approve this past pump and dump scheme for another round of scamming millions of dollars from unaware pennystock buyers.
Reading the most recent filing will tell you more then saying it will never be listed again. There is not facts to support such a claim. The last filing provides much more proof that it will be reposted then not. The increase of revenue alone is a huge jump! And if they had NO plans of being delisted then they would have never published the last filing.
