I assume you are referring to some army contract that was awarded to polartec, not kblb?...since polartec has been working and receiving army contracts on a regular basis for decades, I find nothing unusual about it..and no particular reason to believe it has anything to do with kblb..
* NO. I am referring to the 2016 Army contract to KBL. The relationship with Polartec is said to have started right after that. So, it was hidden from the public until April 17th, 2019 for that long until that date in particular.
