notre dame was owed a lot of money by kblb...they took cash and shares because that's all kblb could afford to do..notre dame had a previous relationship with kblb and under the circumstances played nice and said a couple of nice things as would be required under the circumstances..

I assume you are referring to some army contract that was awarded to polartec, not kblb?...since polartec has been working and receiving army contracts on a regular basis for decades, I find nothing unusual about it..and no particular reason to believe it has anything to do with kblb..
