Jesse: It's unfortunate but, it's so expensive to retrofit power lines from Overhead to underground. Only newer neighborhoods get underground. It also depends upon the water table.

Sorry, it's not what you wanted to hear. Even some of our overhead line crews from AZ have gone back East to help with Hurricanes. So, is the power out for how big of an area?
